Neroli water is a very pure distillate of bitter orange flowers, it has toning, relaxing, refreshing, sebum-balancing and antioxidant properties. It is therefore suitable for use as a tonic for combination and mature skin, but it's also a relaxing refreshing water to use on hot summer days.
